Dr. Guarascio presents nationally on trauma-informed care, relational healing, and clinician self-regulation. She is the author of Healing the Mind–Body Connection: A Workbook for Trauma and Eating Disorder Recovery (Johns Hopkins University Press) and an upcoming guide for loved ones supporting individuals with eating disorders.
