Michael Sheffield, PsyD is a Florida and New York licensed psychologist and co-founder of Compassionate Healing Institute (CHI), which specializes in the treatment of OCD, eating disorders, and anxiety disorders. Dr. Sheffield works from a cognitive behavioral framework and integrates ERP, ACT, and DBT into his treatment approach. He serves on the board of the IOCDF Central and South Florida affiliate and is also on the leadership board of the IOCDF OCD and Eating Disorders Special Interest Group (SIG). Dr. Sheffield is passionate about treating co-occuring OCD and ED and adapting treatment approaches to better serve neurodivergent communities.
