Katie Jeffrey is a registered dietitian nutritionist, a Board-Certified Specialist in Sports Nutrition, and the co-leader of IOCDF's Eating Disorders and OCD Special Interest Group as well as a Qualified Instructor of MB-EAT (MB-EAT-QI). Additionally, she is the co-author of The OCD Workbook for Food and Eating Fears (New Harbinger 2026). She offers individual nutrition and sports nutrition counseling, professional supervision and consultation as well provides engaging and evidence-based webinars, presentations, trainings and workshops. Katie promotes a weight-neutral, non-diet mindful and intuitive eating and fueling philosophy. She is passionate about increasing mental health awareness to help others receive effective treatment in a timely manner. Her mission is to empower individuals to honor their inner wisdom, make peace with food, feel comfortable in their body, cultivate a nourishing self-care practice and enjoy a lifetime of emotional resiliency by bringing greater awareness, curiosity and compassion to their behaviors, thoughts and feelings.
