Kate Clemmer is a licensed clinical social worker and Maryland board-approved supervisor with 20+ years of experience in the mental health field, including 15 years as an eating disorder specialist. Kate is currently the Clinical Director for Eating Recovery Center (ERC) and Pathlight Mood & Anxiety programs in Hunt Valley, Maryland where she helped to launch the ARFID specialty treatment programs in their PHP and Residential levels of care. Prior to joining ERC Pathlight in 2020, Kate served in a variety of clinical, research, and community-oriented roles at the Center for Eating Disorders at Sheppard Pratt and, before that, at the University of Maryland School-Based Mental Health Program in Baltimore City. Kate is especially passionate about evidence-based treatments and the benefits of group therapy for individuals (and caregivers) impacted by eating disorders and mood/anxiety disorders.
