Christine owns and works as a therapist and somatics-integrated clinical supervisor at Take Root Counseling and coaching. She wholeheartedly believes in valuing the innate wisdom of the individuals whom she serves as the guiding force of transformational healing. She is trained in Somatic Experiencing, Embodied Recovery for Eating Disorders, and Somatic Sexuality Healing. Christine is fascinated by the potential of working with both the attachment and sensory processing systems to promote nervous system regulation and eating disorder recovery.
